Wealth Building 101: Get Four Companies for the Price of One

It's "dramatically undervalued" .. and there's an AI Kicker ...

You’ve heard me talk about the “Earnings Trifecta” (I coined the phrase) — when a company beats estimates on revenue and profits — and also boosts its “guidance.”

Well, one of our companies just delivered …

It’s one of our Special-Situation Model Portfolio members.

It’s in that special-situation portfolio because of a value-unleashing corporate breakup (one of my favorite special-situation stock plays).

This particular company is also the one I’ve nicknamed “The Call Option on Quantum Computing.”

And it just delivered another kind of “trifecta.” The company:

  • Hit that “Earnings Trifecta” with its first-quarter financial report.

  • Said that corporate breakup is proceeding — and will turn the company into three separate ventures.

  • And said it’s working towards its initial public offering (IPO) for its quantum-computing joint venture (JV).

The bottom line: This company’s breakup strategy could ultimately give shareholders four ownership stakes in four companies in the future — for the price of one today.

And there’s a bonus: Company execs say they’ve got a plan to deal with any business triggered by tariffs.

In today’s SPC Premium issue, I’ll give subscribers an update on this opportunity.
